All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying laws and regulations regarding hemp-derived CBD products, we currently only ship to locations where the sale and shipment of CBD products for pets is permitted by law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that CBD products are legal to receive in their state or country before placing an order.
International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pawthicary.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
