It all began with two dogs:

Jack — our first pup, a soulful traveling man and distinguished gentleman. 

Oso — the floofy lion-hearted little brother we didn’t know we needed.

When Jack was just 3, a back injury required emergency surgery and months of rehab to relearn how to walk. We started using CBD to support his recovery — and six months later, he was not only walking, he was thriving.

Years later, Oso came into our lives through a small rescue in Las Vegas. Shy and sweet at first, he blossomed into a goofy, playful pup. But just months after joining the family, Oso had a massive seizure that lasted nearly 26 hours.

That day changed everything.

What followed was a blur of emergency vets, scans, MRI and pharmaceuticals. While the medications kept things at bay for a while, they came with a cost — Oso became lethargic, anxious, unable to eat or move freely. At one point, he could barely go up stairs or finish a bowl of food.

With the support of a compassionate holistic veterinarian and a lot of aunties and Yiayia in our pup village, we started digging deeper — allergy testing, food shifts, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and most importantly, a commitment to wean Oso off pharmaceuticals and try a carefully calibrated, high-potency CBD approach.

We took it slow.

We trusted our intuition.

We watched closely.

And now, Oso is thriving.
